Hi, and welcome. I’m Aurora (she/her), a curator currently completing a dual master’s degree in Museum and Heritage Studies at the University of Amsterdam, graduating in June.
I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

Originally from Oslo, Norway, I have studied and worked across several countries, including South Korea, the United States, and the Netherlands. These experiences have shaped my perspective and deepened my interest in storytelling, cultural preservation, and how art connects people across nations, cultures, abilities, and contexts. I am naturally curious and believe that meaningful art can be found everywhere—and should be accessible to everyone.

I am currently completing my master’s thesis on accessibility in museums, focusing on alternative programming and sensory curatorial approaches. I have experience in curatorial practice and in collaborating closely with artists, supporting their narratives and helping their work resonate with audiences. I specialize in sensory curation and am particularly interested in experimental approaches to exhibition-making, especially projects that engage olfaction, sound, and tactility. I am motivated to further explore how exhibitions can activate the senses in inclusive and meaningful ways.

As I approach graduation, I am eager to continue working and researching within inclusive art and museum design, with a commitment to creating accessible experiences for people of all abilities.

Museums and galleries are where I feel most at home. I aim to build a career that supports artistic expression while fostering thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging environments for diverse audiences. While a résumé offers an overview, it can never capture the full story—so I prefer to let my work speak for itself.

I invite you to explore my projects and learn more about my practice. If you would like to connect or have any questions, please feel free to reach out. I hope you enjoy your visit!
